ABS is PPDC's specialised construction and installation arm — a first-grade contractor delivering the WATAD advanced building system on site, from foundation to shotcrete finish, across residential, heritage, and commercial projects in Oman.

Leadership is provided by Eng. Khalid Hamed Al Mahrooqi, whose expertise spans investment structuring, analysis, negotiation, and project delivery across corporate hierarchies. He has led projects exceeding OMR 200 million in value, and previously served as Director of Business Development at Khazaen Economic City and Director of Investment & Development at ASAAS, where he concluded deals surpassing OMR 400 million while maintaining regulatory compliance.

An advanced building system, unique and innovative, used as load-bearing and non-load-bearing structure for wall, slab, and stair systems. Versatile and fully customisable to meet almost any architectural feature — proven over 35+ years globally and 9 years in Oman. Manufactured by PPDC's portfolio partner Al Oula and installed on site by ABS's own crews, including the structural shotcrete works that complete the panel system.
